How long will the shipping take

The shipping time is different when the destination is different. To ensure that our customer will receive the items as soon as possible, GlsunMall offer optional international air delivery by UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, SF Express.

 

Please note all delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, international customs procedures, local couriers and delivery companies, etc.

If I need a product urgently, can you provide expedited delivery

We provide different shipping methods with different shipping time and prices. If you need a product urgently, you can choose those shipping methods that can provide the earliest delivery date.

Does GLsunMall provide international shipping

Yes, we do. We deliver to countries/regions worldwide.

Can you offer free shipping

Orders of eligible items over a certain amount or quantity can receive free shipping with default shipping method. Please contact GLsunMall salesperson to confirm more details.

Is it possible to know the shipping cost before placing an order

Yes. After you add products to the shopping cart, please proceed to the checkout page and fill in the shipping address. You can see all the shipping options available for your order and the corresponding shipping cost.

 

As the purchase has not been completed yet, you will not be charged until you click "Confirm Order" and fill in your payment information.

Will any tax or tariff be charged for my order

Maybe. It depends on what country you are receiving the goods in.

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

 

1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please refer to your local customs laws.

3. When customs clearance procedures are required, there might be delays beyond our estimated delivery date. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Can I modify my shipping address or method

Once the order has been packaged, you cannot change the shipping address.

 

If you have not completed the payment, you will need to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address.

 

If you have already completed the payment, please contact GLsunMall salesperson to modify it.

How can I track my package after it is shipped

Please use the tracking number to track your package on the official website of the logistics company.

There are two ways to obtain the tracking number:

 

1. By email

You will receive a notification email from our warehouse once your order is on its way.

2. Online

You can get the tracking number in your Account Center. You can also contact your GLsunMall salesperson to check your order status.

Do you provide a maintenance service for products

Yes, we offer a free maintenance service within the product warranty period. If the warranty period has expired, we can still repair it for you, but we will charge a fee case-by-case.

If I receive an incorrect or defective product, how can I return it

You can start a return through the Request RMA section of your account center or submit your request through the Product Return Request. Or you can contact GLsunMall salesperson for assistance.

If I bought extra or wrong product, can I return it

If you simply change your mind or do not need the products, you can submit a return if the item is eligible for 30-day return service.

What documents are required to process a return

An RMA form is necessary for you to process the return. All items must be returned with an RMA form accordingly. RMA means "Return Merchandise Authorization", which is provided by us after confirming your return.

 

Registered customers can get the RMA on the Return Review page of the account center. If you process the return offline via emails, please contact GLsunMall salesperson to get the RMA.

When can I get the refund back

We will process the refund within 5-8 business days after we have received and inspected the returned products. The refunds will be transferred back to your original buying account, and the arrival time is subject to PayPal or your bank terms and conditions. 

I have paid for my order, why is the order status still pending

The delay may result from the time required to synchronize payment confirmation between our system and the payment processor's system. We will deal with the order once the remittance is confirmed. You can also contact GLsunMall salesperson for a status update.   

How can I check the status of my order

You can check it conveniently at “My Order” on “My Account” page, or directly contact GLsunMall salesperson for a status update.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order

If you have not completed payment for the order, you can click "Cancel Order" in Order Details.

 

If you have already paid for it, please contact GLsunMall salesperson immediately to cancel the order and receive a refund. Please note that most orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse systems to process, therefore it may not always be possible to cancel your order. GLsunMall salesperson will assist you in this matter.

 

Orders containing customized items or other special conditions cannot be canceled once they have entered the "Arranging" status.

How do I change items in my order

If you have not completed payment for the order, please cancel the order and place a new one with all of the required items.

 

If you have already paid, please contact GLsunMall salesperson to change items for you. You can then place a new order. Changes or modifications can be made to an order before shipping has been processed. Orders containing customized items or other special conditions cannot be changed once they have entered the "Arranging" status.

What should I do after I request a quote

GLsunMall salesperson will reply to you within 1 business day with all the information you requested, and offer professional assistance in every step.

How will I know if GLsunMall has received my order

Please make sure you have completed all of the information on the checkout confirmation page.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received your order, containing all of your order details.

What should I do if I don't receive the order confirmation email

If you do not receive an order confirmation email even though you have completed all the steps, please check whether the order exists at “My Order” on “My Account” page. If not, please contact GLsunMall salesperson for further assistance.

How can I get the invoice for an order

You can get the invoice for your order on the Order Details page. Or contact GLsunMall salesperson via email to get the invoice for your order.

What information should I provide to GLsunMall when I contact you for help

Please provide any of the following information:

 

1. GLsunMallorder number (if the question is related to any specific order).

2. RMA number (if the question is about an approved after-sales request).

3. The E-mail address associated with your GLsunMallaccount.

4. Product(s) ID or description of item(s).

How do I change my password

If you wish to change your password, please follow the directions below.

 

1. Click the "My Account" button located to the right of the Search bar. If you are not signed in, you will need to enter your ID and password.

2. Please select "Password" on the Account Setting page.

3. Enter your new password and click Submit.

How do I change my registered email

If you wish to change the email you used to register, please follow the directions below.

 

1. Click the "My Account" button located to the right of the Search bar. If you are not signed in, you will need to enter your ID and password.

2. Please select "Email Address" on the Account Setting page.

3. You will be asked to sign in again after changing your email successfully.

4. Even though you update the registered email address, the previous order history will still be reserved if you sign in with the new address.

What should I do if I have problems with signing in

If you forget your password, you can click here to reset the password.

 

If your password and email address are correct, please check the internet connection, enable cookies, enable JavaScript, and refresh the page. Then please try signing in again.

 

If you are still unable to sign in, please contact GLsunMall Customer Service Team.

How can I avoid my account being compromised

GLsunMall will never reveal your account information to any third party. It is recommended that you use a more complicated password when setting the account password, and avoid sharing password information across sites to protect your account security.

How can I check product availability

Product inventory changes in real-time. Please refer to the live inventory displayed on the product page to get up-to-date information on stock levels when you place an order.

 

Products in stock will be shipped from China within 1 business day; If products in your order are temporarily out of stock, usually it takes 2-5 business days to prepare for the shipment. For some specific or customized products, it may take a longer time. GLsunMall salesperson will confirm the time with you.

How can I check the lead time for the product

If the product is in stock, we can ship within 1 business day.

 

If the product is temporarily out of stock, or if you place an order of customized products, the lead time will take longer, and GLsunMall salesperson will confirm the time with you.

Can I request customized services

You can customize a product through the product page or by contacting GLsunMall salesperson. We will do our best to meet the needs of all customers.

How can I confirm product compatibility

All of the products GLsunMall offers are universally compatible, and each item is tested fully before it is packaged.

Why has my payment failed

There are various reasons for the failure of an online payment, such as inaccurate bank card information, payment request rejection by the bank, network connection problems, etc. If this happens, you can re-initiate the purchase process and try again. If you still cannot pay, please contact GLsunMall salesperson for help.

Will my payment information be stored in your database

GLsunMall does not store your payment details or information. When you make a payment, the system will only send relevant payment information to PayPal or bank securely.

What to do if I was overcharged

Don't worry. Please contact PayPal or your bank to confirm the deduction amount, date, and payee. It would be more helpful if you can provide an image or receipt with this information. Then GLsunMall salesperson will help you check.
