Return Policy
The request/application of return, refund, replacement, exchange should be submitted within 15 days of your receipt of products. Please review the order receipt, history and confirm that the item will be replaced or returned at valid duration without any damage of items and original package. All returns, replacements/exchange must be started with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from GLsunMall. We guarantee that an approved return or replacement will be made within 30 days from your RMA request date. Then follow the steps below to process the refunds, replacements, or repairs accordingly.
1. Return & Refund (for Online Order)

Refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days after GLsunMall receives and inspects the returned items. The refunds will be transferred back to your original buying account, and the arrival time is subject to PayPal or your bank terms and conditions.

2. Replacements & Exchanges (for Online Order)

If the replacement item is in stock, it can be shipped within 1 business day.
If it is out of stock, you will be informed once it is available.

3. Repairs (for online order within warranty period, please check GLsunMall Warranty)

For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period for free repairs. Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) within the warranty period. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case. GLsunMall will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

After your returned items are received and inspected, GLsunMall will contact you within 24 hours and inform you of the duration needed for repair/replacement/exchange/refund.

(a)This guarantee does not apply to customized orders, batch wholesale, clearance orders and the items that have been modified on the customer’s request.
(b) Items must be returned on their original condition, signs of used, alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted.
(c) Replacement or returned item must be received within this 30 day period.
Within 30 days of delivery date of defects or complaints, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the status of returned items listed below.

Cost of Shipping for Return/Replacement/Refund

If the return is a consequence of error by GLsunMall (you received a wrong order or defective item, etc.), GLsunMall will cover all the shipping cost. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/replacement to us.


Custom duties on import and export may apply for international orders. If the return is a consequence of error by GLsunMall (you received a wrong order or defective item, etc.), GLsunMall will cover the custom duties. Otherwise, custom duties should be born by your own.


Please note packages returned without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or not in accordance with our return policy will be rejected or shipped back to you at your own expense.


Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or replacement to us. Please email us the feedback form and to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then mail your item(s) back in their original packaging.


If the return is due to an error on GLsunMall (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), GLsunMall will cover all the shipping cost. Otherwise, the return shipping cost should be born by your own.


Usually, international orders may cause customs duties on import and export. If the items are returned from abroad, and the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the custom duties. Packages returned without authorization or that are not acceptable for return will be rejected or be shipped back to you at your expense.


For refund, we are not responsible for the shipping fee of return. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used in 5-8 business days.
